Jooli arranges logo placements between creators and brands. This policy covers this website and the calls, emails and bookings that come from it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
Details you give us: your name, email address, channel or company, and whatever you tell us when you schedule a call, email us or make a booking.
Booking details: placements, prices, shipping addresses for merch, links to published videos and screenshots of placements.
Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We only collect this with cookies if you have not opted out.
Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To schedule and hold calls, set up creator pages, run bookings, ship merch, pay creators, send proof of placement to brands, answer your messages, keep the site working and secure, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Jooli, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, payments, printing and shipping. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
The other side of a booking, as far as the booking needs it. A brand sees the creator page and the proof of placement. A creator sees the brand name and logo.
Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the purposes above, and as long as tax and accounting rules require for booking and payment records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.
Children
Jooli is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell the people it affects by email.
