Terms of Service

Jooli arranges logo placements. Creators offer space on clothing, equipment or backdrops that appear in their videos. Brands book that space. Jooli coordinates the booking, supplies the branded merch or stickers, and sends the brand proof of the placement. By using this site or making a booking you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you act for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

The price, the placement, the number of videos or the period, and Jooli's commission are shown and agreed before a booking is confirmed. Brands pay when they book. Creators are paid after the placement has been published and confirmed. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and its terms apply to them.

If a confirmed placement is not published, the brand is refunded for that placement. Taxes on what you earn or spend are your responsibility.

You decide which brands to accept. Once you accept a booking, you agree to show the placement as described in the videos it covers, and to send us the links when they are published.

You are responsible for your content and for following the rules of the platforms you publish on, including any rules and laws on disclosing paid sponsorships.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use the logos and artwork you give us, and that they are lawful and not misleading. You give Jooli and the creator permission to reproduce them for the booking.

A placement is a logo shown on camera. It does not include a spoken mention, an endorsement or any say over the creator's content.

Creators own their videos. Brands own their logos. Jooli owns this site and its own brand. Jooli may show placements it arranged, such as screenshots, when describing the service, unless you ask us not to.

Do not use Jooli for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, do not interfere with the site, and do not arrange bookings outside Jooli with someone you met through Jooli in order to avoid the commission.

Jooli does not promise any level of views, sales or other results from a placement. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Jooli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for a booking is limited to the commission it earned on that booking.

You can stop using Jooli at any time. Bookings already confirmed still need to be completed or refunded. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Terms in place when a booking is confirmed apply to that booking. Questions go to [email protected].
