Terms of Service

Jooli provides demand forecasts, reorder suggestions and related analysis to lab supply distributors, built from data the distributor provides. By using this site or our services you agree to these terms. A signed agreement or order form for a specific demo, pilot or engagement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

Jooli is for businesses. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

You keep all rights to the data you send us. You confirm you are allowed to share it with us for this purpose. We use it only to provide the service to you, keep it confidential, never pool it with or disclose it to other clients, and delete it when you ask or when the work ends.

Forecasts are estimates based on past data and can be wrong. They are meant to inform your buyers, not replace their judgment. You remain responsible for purchasing, stocking and pricing decisions, and for checking suggestions before acting on them.

Any fees, and what they cover, are agreed in writing before paid work starts. A demo on your data is free unless we have agreed otherwise.

You own your data and the forecasts and reports we deliver to you. Jooli owns its software, models and methods, and this site. We will not name you as a client or describe your results publicly without your written permission.

Do not use Jooli for anything unlawful, do not send us data you are not allowed to share, and do not interfere with the site or our systems. Do not connect or send health information (including protected health information under HIPAA) or other sensitive personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religion, biometric data or sexual orientation.

Jooli does not promise any particular forecast accuracy, inventory level or financial result. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Jooli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales or excess stock, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid Jooli in the 12 months before the claim.

Either side can stop working together at any time, subject to any notice period in a signed agreement. When the work ends we delete your data unless you ask us to return it first.
