Frequently asked questions
What exactly does Jooli do?
Jooli sits between your product and the GTM data providers you would otherwise integrate one by one. You send one request in one format and name the provider you want. Jooli translates the call, and you get back the same normalized response shape whichever provider answered.
How do I choose which provider answers?
Set the provider field on the request, for example "apollo" or "zoominfo". To switch, change that one string. If you pass an ordered list instead, Jooli tries each provider in turn until one returns a match.
Do I need my own contracts with Apollo, ZoomInfo and the rest?
No. With Jooli credits, one key is enough to query any supported provider. If you already have a contract with a provider, connect that key and those calls run on your own account. You can mix both, provider by provider.
How does pricing work?
You pay what the provider charges plus a flat 5%. If a provider charges $0.10 for a record, you pay $0.105, and both parts are shown on every request. There is no subscription, no seat licence and no minimum. When you use your own provider keys, Jooli charges nothing.
What happens when a provider is down or rate limits me?
If you passed a list of providers, Jooli retries and moves on to the next one, and the response tells you which providers were tried. With a single provider you get a clear, consistent error instead of a vendor-specific one.
