What we collect and how we hold it
What Jooli reads
Sales orders, invoices, inventory by location, purchase orders and receipts, item master data and customer records, from the ERP, CRM and spreadsheets you connect. For customer accounts we ask for IDs or company names; we do not need the names or contact details of individual people at your customers.
What it never reads
Payroll, banking, email, HR records, or anything outside the tables needed for demand, customer and supplier intelligence.
How it is held
Hosted for you in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people who run your account. Each customer's data is kept separate. Backups follow the same rules and are deleted on the same schedule.
Who can see it
The people on your team you name, and the Jooli engineers who set up and support your account. Nobody else, and no other customer. We log access and will show you the log on request.
Agreements
We sign an NDA before the demo if you prefer, and a data-processing agreement with the subscription. The privacy policy covers this website and the calls and emails that come from it; the terms cover the service.
